General Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are applicable for payments made for services that have not been rendered.
    • Refunds are also considered if the patient cancels the appointment with proper notice as per our cancellation policy.
  2. Non-Refundable Payments:

    • Payments made for consultations or services already provided are non-refundable.
    • Administrative fees and charges for medical records or other documents are non-refundable.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Submission of Request:

    • Patients must submit a written request for a refund either via email or in person at the clinic's reception.
    • The request should include the patient’s name, contact details, appointment date, and the reason for the refund.
  2. Review and Approval:

    • The refund request will be reviewed by our administrative team.
    • Approval is based on eligibility criteria and adherence to the clinic's policies.
  3. Processing Time:

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
    • The method of refund (cash, credit card reversal, bank transfer, etc.) will be the same as the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

Special Circumstances

  1. Medical Cancellations:

    • If a service is canceled due to unforeseen medical reasons, the patient may be eligible for a full refund, subject to verification and approval by our medical staff.
  2. Advance Payments:

    • Refunds for advance payments or deposits for future services will be processed if the services are canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  3. Prepaid Packages:

    • For prepaid treatment packages, the refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions or services already provided.
