4.2 Patient Responsibility: Patients must provide accurate health information and follow the treatment plan and recommendations provided by their healthcare provider.

4.3 Refusal of Treatment: RituHealth Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patient does not comply with medical advice or clinic policies.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Payment Terms: Payment for services is required at the time of consultation or as agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.

5.2 Insurance: RituHealth Clinic accepts certain health insurance plans. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and for any charges not covered by their insurer.

5.3 Refund Policy: Refunds for prepaid services are subject to the clinic's refund policy. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be processed within 30 days.

6.1 Limitation of Liability: RituHealth Clinic, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6.2 Indemnification: Patients agree to indemnify and hold harmless RituHealth Clinic from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the clinic's services.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
